"Voltage Stabilizer" is a bit of a stretch..............

Basically its just a noise filter.

Here's some spec's from one of those "Raizin" models:

Specifications
·For use with DC12V.
·Condenser Capacity=20,000μF

If you look at clear case, you can see a bank of small capacitors inside.

All it does is basically filter out high frequency noise (capacitors are basically short-circuits at high frequency) that could be induced into your electrical system, possibly by high voltage ignition/spark coils that some higher performance cars may have and not be shielded.

Seeing as though these units have ~20,000uF, here's some perspective.

My Kenwood HU has 9,000uF of input capacitance.

My PPI A600 has 6,000uF of input capacitance.

Any quality piece of electrical equipment will have a power supply with an amount of input capacitance to filter noise.

Capacitors used in this fashion are mainly for noise filtering, not to supply power to the equipment.

For car audio applications, if your voltage is dipping due to high current draw then you need a battery and/or alternator, not a cap! :good:

lol yea I already got plans for alt and battery I just saw that and was like hmm... "is... this... ANYTHING??" lol (a little of a joke in our house we will goof around and sing that about stuff that we are trying to figure out it's importance lmao)

Thanks I was pretty excited about the alt myself. kind of like a school girl, in a dress, on a swing. lol

It's warming up enough that the donut-punching cyclist douchenozzles are getting their two wheeled fagmobiles out.
