RF T10004 very strange problem

Hey what's up fellas, I just put my T10004 back in my tacoma and fired it up. With the speakers connected the front channels started clipping, with NO volume. I disconnected all speakers and RCA's and still clipping out of control. The protection mode isn't coming on, and the Rear channels seem to be working. I thought maybe a ground connection issue but the rear channels seem to be working. You guys have any ideas? The amp is not the bdcp. Just the 1st T10004 with the LED lights on the front.

Where do you see the clipping?

If it's from the LEDs lights from the amp neither of them are clipping indicators

the fronts LED, whatever they do the're bouncing in the red area and a pulsing sound is coming out through the channels.

Ones voltage and the other one is I think is output not sure on that but I'm sure is not a clipping light cause I've read about it here and is ok to see it go into the red

Everything was hooked up the same ways as last time?

Yeah everything's exact.. I'll try and re-ground it, hopefully it's that simple. I'll keep you posted.
