set gain with multimeter

Ill try that Steve, sorry for the misunderstanding lol. And if it doesnt work and they can't take it hopefully recones with some beefier soft parts will turn my cheap woofers into something I can run quite a bit more power to.

I have only setup an amp with a DMM twice, but both times It has worked well for me. I know it is not the best way to set up stuff, but It works, and my whole setup sounds amazing. Someday I will get a DD1 on my setup, but for now it is loud enough, and sounds really nice! For first time setups, with cheap components it works well enough until you know better, and have more money for better things. That chart is sort of helpful,but you may want to keep in mind that the loads, and voltages do not stay constant.
