wanted two 40's or 80 cubic feet tanks for nitrogen. .

I am pretty sure you can't fill other tanks with different gasses. The Oxygen services by my place scans a code on the bottle to ensure it gets filled the same and then they just swap a new bottle for you.

Just go to your local gas services place and rent them from them. Then they just swap a new bottle for you every time you run out.

Oh, and my guess would be that the tanks are oxy-acetelene, meaning 1 tank is acetelyne and 1 is oxygen.
