subs on different plane?

Yes it is, but we already know that people love running subs up, port rear in SUVs, so ported on different planes is not a problem.

Low bass sound waves are really long. Cancelations and nulls in a vehicle don't occur as often as people seem to think. . .

You know what, that makes perfect sense. I have always thought of it as the opposite too like choking ports or firing subs into an obstacle. I've always thought of our as not allowing the wave to develop. I guess a 30 Hz sound wave can't properly develop in any vehicle, not truly anyways.
