Help on pricing my HTPC to sell

Bought a HTPC about 5 months ago, and found myself not using it as much as I thought I would, checking with the computer guys on how to price it

Here is the link from where I got it, it is a fairly plain case, but it only about 50% thicker than a 360 and about the same size length wise

Mine has the 8x dvd drive, 1tb harddrive and an unactivated Windows 8(which has worked great unactivated so far, aside from the please activate message like once every 6 hours or so)

I use the shit out of mine, especially since I installed a bunch of emulators on it and got controllers for them.

I would pay around 400, for that.

Cool was hoping to hear from you beaker, it's a good little computer, it play's BF3 on high settings with some AA at a reliable 45fps at 1080p, and I suppose if you wanted you could take the guts out of this and reuse the CPU/MOBO and put in a higher end graphics card if you got a larger case and powersupply, anyways thanks for the price, I think I will put it up on SMD/CACO tonight for like 340shipped

EDIT: Also will throw in the Keyboard(Razer Acosta) and Mouse(Razer DeathAdder 3500), BF3(Regular), Guild Wars 2, as well as a USB Wifi adapter, and GTA4(has problems with window's 8(I blame that GFWL crap)
