Its deltec 105 ah 750cca I think In front I have a puny little 45ah stock batt, which aint worth a shit. Should I remove the front batt and replace it with the new deltec, or should I keep the tiny batt and add the deltec as a secondary batt. Bear in mind that funds are REALLY low and I dont want too waste money on unecesarry(sp?) or unworthy stuff. I DONT have money for a isolator and I cant really afford alot of cable. So should I just whip out the old credit card and get some more cable too run the deltec as a secondary or will the difference be not worth it? ChevyBoy Posted November 14, 2006 Report Share Posted November 14, 2006 theyre saying put the big battery under the hood and put ur stock battery in the back. connect the positive from the front battery to the positive of the back battery. then positive from the back battery to ur amp. ground the back battery to the chassis but a different ground than ur amp. Guest SyKo13 Posted November 14, 2006 Report Share Posted November 14, 2006 Amp has its own battery, yet if you're going to parallel you're going to need about 17ft. of cable, 17ft of cable = very high resistance, so just think twice about putting it in the back.
