What exactly should I do about this?

So yesterday I was painting my sidemarkers black...Did it exactly how I did on my charger (and they came out perfect) just taped around the headlights and sprayed em right on the car...Now this time I think where I fucked up was I didn't sand them down enough initially. I hit em with 2000 grit and got em scuffed up, but I suspect not scuffed up enough...and it resulted in some nasty pinholing which looks horrible...what should I do to fix it? probably sand it way the hell down and repaint? When sanding do I just sand down until I can't see the holes and then put the new coats on? It looks pretty shitty so I'm not to happy right now to say the least lol

That is fisheye due to wax or grease. Yeah all you can do is sand it down and start over.
