yourstruly232 Posted April 13, 2013 Report Posted April 13, 2013 Hey is there any recent songs that came out that hit low bass? I am tryna see what at what frequency my subs hit the best and i need new songs because all of my songs are all high bass
soundstream15 Posted April 13, 2013 Report Posted April 13, 2013 Bei major-lights down low peaks 24hz
yourstruly232 Posted April 14, 2013 Author Report Posted April 14, 2013 If certain songs dont hit because they are too low what will the subs sound like? Almost like clipped?
PsychoSoundz Posted April 14, 2013 Report Posted April 14, 2013 I would say if there are certain areas of the song (high bass or low bass) that are causing this problem its your box. Bandpass boxes tend to be rather restrictive in the frequency range they can produce. this means that if your subs hit lower than what the box is tuned to, it will sound faint or even just sound like moving air. unless your subs arnt able to pick up lows that low it wont sound like anything
