fox_racin4 Posted April 17, 2013 Report Share Posted April 17, 2013 heres the story behind kart. started with a 5.5 honda, wasnt quick enough went to a 13hp clone, that wasnt quick enough, built that motor up - cammed carbed timming valve springs, woul dhit 60mph ish for fun, but had very little low end power ( due to gearning limitations ) found myself a 1984 kawi GPZ900 ninja, got it got 500$ and put 200 into it to make it run, had it on the kart for a few weeks.. and holy sweet fucking jeeessuss. up to about 60mph it was useless. but after that it would hook and pull, and wow woul dit pull hard ( uploaded one of the few vids i have, never took it out where i could get a decent vid of it. that engines gearbox locked up on me one day and took out 4th and 5th ( always had issues getting it into 4th gear..coincidence?) so i found myself a gixxer600 engine/yosi header and harness for 900. picked that up and will be running that. i have the engine mounted ( in the pic with gixxer 600 engine theres only 2 of 5 mounts on it) so once i get back onto working on that i will get more pics/vids been busy with the truck recently! winter mode, with those tires on dry road i could leave patchs threw every gear... haha after a few min of hard riding small burnout vid, ended up stalling due to a coil wire falling off, cant see it in the vid but gets crazzyyy wheel shake heres a shitty vid of just taking it out for its first ride 1998 gmc extd cab 12 crossfire C710s 4 SAZ-4500s 3 Singer 400A altsbuncha mids/highs Team Asshole Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
