I love car audio so much because I will never be done. I can never win, and I will never get it finished or perfect. It always has me coming back for more, I can never get my fill of it, but I get what I need.

The interwoven pattern of carbon fiber makes it easy to curve any contour over edges and curves. But the weaves can also distort if you dont take care at laying it on. It takes practice to know how to lay it down right. if there is a hole, i would lay it across it covering the hole and once it's cured, i would carefully cut out the weave and exposing the hole. if it is a concave type hole, i would do the same process exposing the concave, sand smooth sny resin that seeped thru until it is eve and then cover the carbon face completely except the hole and paint the hole black the clear coat everything. I'm not sure what you mean by areas where clips go. normally clips go on the backside of a piece and the carbon would not cover it. I hope this clears what you meant but if it doesn't, please ask and i will be more than willig to help.

....and thanks again for your comment.

page 6 shows the glove box and cover under the steering wheel, both have concave holes painted black.
