Little help getting started

I am looking to build a pure spl box for my 3 e8v3d2 subs and a brz-2100 in a 2006 Scion xB. I am probably going to have to go subs back/port up based on port length (will be external).

The fs of those subs is 52.7hz and the estimated resonant frequency of the vehicle (if was building subs up/port side which I don't think I have room for in this case) would be 56hz.

I was thinking about tuning somewhere in the vicinity of 48 hz with around a 1.5cube box. Does this make any sense? Also are there any box calculators that allow for external ports? Torres seems to take the port volume away from the net no matter what I do, so I am guessing if I calculate a certain port length with Torres then build that but put the port external, I will not actually be tuned where I want to be. (at least 3-5 hz off I would imagine)

Anyone have any advice to help me get started? My electrical is mediocre and is still a work in progress, so I know it needs improvement and I will be running at a 1.3 ohm load for now. Thanks

Sub up port back

Post ur max dimensions or its gonna be hard to help you

My max dimensions are 38W x 11D X 17H (with the seats up)

With the seats down the box depth increases to probably 15" (the port can extend back from that probably another 20" or so)

48 hz sounds like a good place to start mine peaks at 58hz even though my box is tuned at 46hz... the xb meters well... pm me if you have any other questions...
