Not at all your going to gain from it. Thanks alaskanzx5 I might just do thatI can recone a sub myself. About a year ago I took 2 12" power acoustic mofos and made one sub. I took the magnet and the motor off of one and j b welded it to the other motor and magnet. I had to wind my own voice coil so it would work. After I was done hooked up to 2 boss 5000w amps. And shattered my back and all my side windows came to this thread to recommend soundqubed and ct sounds. OP goes with soundstream. oh lawd. COLTON94 Posted May 5, 2013 Report Share Posted May 5, 2013 Well in my expierence i lose from it. In my grand am but i didnt get to seal it so u may gain it back. Would it help if i added a layer of mdf to the back of the seat? Or would that end up being counter productive? blcrocker Posted May 7, 2013 Author Report Share Posted May 7, 2013 Decided to paint my rims today, they were all scratched and beat to hell. The paint made them look way better on the drivers side, they were ganked pretty deep. This is about as clean as I could get them with my power washer. Some paint spots still drying. But this is pretty much how they turned out. Flat Black on all 4. Also took what paint I had left and painted my box a bit. Definitely wish I had primer when I painted it... All the glue marks showed up a lot. Also this past week I've been working on setting up shop in my bottom garage After I put a thin primer on the walls. (you can see my bad graffiti on the wall) Garage has tunes.
