DD M4a blown transistor help

Hey guys so my M4a BLEW a transistor and I'm trying to replace it. Problem is I can't access it due to the board not sliding out and the retaining clips on the transistors are hardcore tight and won't budge.

Anybody have any experience removing these boards that can help?

bring out the sledge hammer, should fix er right up.
