ThreehundredC Posted May 14, 2013 Author Report Posted May 14, 2013 i put the rings on the door and then made a cover plate with bendable plywood so it could bend down to the edges and screwed it down normally you could router out a thing piece and make like a wall then have another board on top and body fill the sides to a nice curve but i dont have a router to make that thin strip around as a frame t build up so the 8 still needs some lift to fit it will be wrapped in gator just sprayed the edges just incase it shows

ThreehundredC Posted May 14, 2013 Author Report Posted May 14, 2013 its something.. just gotta figure out how to get that angle on the speaker it hits the metal of the door and the tweeter could been an inch or so higher but ill see how it does when i get some glue for the wrap
