06_sierra Posted May 12, 2013 Report Share Posted May 12, 2013 I have a blowthrough in my truck with 2 12' addictive audio version 3's currently running on an audioque 2200d. I was maybe thinking of upgrading to a 3k amp sometime this year but if i did that i would be overpowering them quite a bit. Would it be wise to do so or should i just stick to what i have? addictive audio says the version 3's are 1100 rms but they say its a conservative rating but how much is too much...
