bSems
Im installing a rear view camera.. and cant determine which way I should route it? With the power/ground side or the RCA side? I think i should go RCA side so there isnt any videa noise, but the wiring for the camera is as followed: from radio rear port - 12 v power/ground wire, then it goes to a video box converter, then theres a wire on the other end of the video box that acts as rca connectors, which then routes to the rear where the camera is located. Will the 5-6 feet of power/grnd cause noise if ran by my audio systems rca's? Or will my camera rca be affected by the 0 ga power ground if ran on the other side? IndianaBassHead
Run it same side as the RCA's. and power/ground behind the radio won't hurt anything. bSems
Thanks, That confirms my first idea of how I was going to attempt to route it. To try to use the rca of the camera for most of the "run" as possible. And bind the rest towards the head unit.
