Are you upgraded all the way to iTunes 7.6? If so, try to find a version lower, like 7.5

Has the iPod been connected to another computer?

For everybody's reading comfort, heres the problem in the link:

I bought an 80gig Ipod classic for my blazer and I upgraded my itunes to the newest version but when I plug my ipod in itunes gives me a license agreement to agree to but when I click agree nothing happens and also half the words are cut off? any help?

look for an older Itunes. the newer ones seem to have more bugs.
