This is my girlfriends tahoe, so with her making the final decision and not wanting things that stand out too much. She likes to (for the most part) stay under the radar. 3 weeks ago installed 6k 55w ddm tuning lows with matching high beams. (she was totally excited) great first choice. The stereo is next on my list. Head Unit is - Kenwood DDX-470. nice solid unit and has 4v pre outs. Front stage - Alpine Type S series 6.5" Components Rear stage - Alpine Type S Series 6.5" Coaxial Sub - 1 12" DC Audio Level 3 12" Enclosure - Made by me. Designed by Joe x (thank you) Highs Amp - Kicker KX series 400.4 Sub Amp - Kicker KX series 1200.1 Wiring - Kicker X series 2ch and 4 ch interconnects with x series 16awg for front/rear stage and 12awg for sub speaker wire. 2 runs of 4 gauge for each amp. I know one 1/0 would have been easier but, I got two 4ga power kits for cheaper than 1/0 kit. Charging - Factory for now until I get everything in and see how it does. Battery (ies) - Contemplating adding a second battery and wiring in parallel since the tray is already there. Picture time.
