Sp33dyG Posted February 18, 2008 Report Posted February 18, 2008 anybody know when the 9 series cards come out? my buddy says he has the 9600gt he bought it at best buy it was the only one there jus sittin there for $229...dont really believe him but if its true that the 9600's are out that must mean the 9800's are right around the corner anybody know when the 9800's come out? and wut the price drop is gonna be on the 8800's? meade916 Posted February 18, 2008 Report Posted February 18, 2008 Considering the 8800gtx set me back 6 bones each when they were brand new i would expect the 98xx (or whatever top of the line is) to be about the same. Seams like the new bad boy on the block is always 5-600 when it first comes out. the lower number cards i dont know about those....
