Adam Collins Posted June 18, 2013 Report Posted June 18, 2013 So I will be buying a BL15 soon and I've researches the options and all but I was courious about the flatwind and ohms. Since in just doing daily use and I am getting the cooling option, would it be worth getting the flatwind coils or be fine without. Also, I plan on buying a RF T1500 and I know those cant do .5 ohm and I will be running it at 1 ohm so should I get the dual 1 or 2 ohm BL15? 2001 Saturn L200 (2) Rockford Fosgate 6.5" (2) Rockford Fosgate 5.25" (2) Rockford Fosgate P3 15" subwoofers Crunch GPV 2400 watt amp Sony MEX-BT4100P head unit
smashedz28 Posted June 18, 2013 Report Posted June 18, 2013 If 1 get a dual 2. If you can afford to upgrade the coil then do it. Shouldn't hurt anything. If not you should be fine. When/if you buy, spend time on your box. Ask questions and listen to people who have a clue
Adam Collins Posted June 18, 2013 Author Report Posted June 18, 2013 Yeah I already have a box design tuned to 33Hz and instead of carpeting it I'm most likely gonna go the rhino line route 2001 Saturn L200 (2) Rockford Fosgate 6.5" (2) Rockford Fosgate 5.25" (2) Rockford Fosgate P3 15" subwoofers Crunch GPV 2400 watt amp Sony MEX-BT4100P head unit
