81000D Posted July 13, 2013 Report Share Posted July 13, 2013 Please drop the Pyle amp and get something that is at 1000watts rms not peak. You have a great sub. Put it in a good box not a prefab shit box ang give it good clean power and you will be very happy with it. The audio pipe I hate to say would still be a great improvement over the Pyle amp. But they both look nice, and arent too expensive. I would get that or soundqubed's 1200w amp or a hifonics Brutus 1200. So i can RMS 1400 and still do 600watts more. cause the HDC3 says max 2000. The Rockford fosgate I suggested was only 230 on sonicelectronic and the hifonics cdetty suggested is a good amp. That audiopipe will be of for a wile I just don't see why you want to put a meh amp on a great sub. I know money can be a issue (my biggest hold back also) but why spend 160 on a amp that will not do what you want and you will end up buying another one so lets say you buy another 160 roller amp you just spent 320 for 2 meh amps when you can get much better ones for under that price...
