will my 5.7 alt fit a 5.3?

I have a dc power 270xp alt for a 5.7 it was on my 98 and is now on a 2000 blazer 4.3. im in the market for a new ride and am looking at the nbs silverado and Tahoe with the 5.3. will my alternator bolt up in stock location or will it work with a dual alt kit possibly?

Shouldn't be a problem. You can always post a pic of your alternator in here to verify if you'd like.

i think it might work cuz the engines are very simular. and if it dosnt work for in the factory location im sure you could get sumbody to fab up a bracket for it to fit.

Or we can recase it and not need a bracket.
