I know a few years ago. i was at a friends house and there where a bunch of hot bitches in his pool and i jumped in with my shorts on and had my celly in it. I had insurance on it. They just gave me a whole new box. Charger. battery ect. Then i ran the new one over within 2weeks. Same thing Then i wrecked my bike 3weeks-month later Same thing. It was with verizion. Aaron813 Posted February 23, 2008 Report Share Posted February 23, 2008 (edited) There is 2 way of getting a new phone from Verizon if you call them up they will send you a refurbished phone wich is just a phone you use your charger and battery. If you go to a store and bitch they will just give you a new phone i just had a problem with my new Motorola Q this morning and went down to the Verizon store and the lady gave me a new phone i just kept my battery and charger and orginal box.
