Wizzy Posted July 23, 2013 Author Report Posted July 23, 2013 Nothing should make your subs move uncontrollably unless your playing below enclosure tune or a bad amp. I had this sundown saz2500 go bad on me once and it was less then 5 months old, my sub would just go crazy at a certain level and I blamed it on my enclosure(remade it),sub(reconed it),rca wires and the problem never went away untill i bought a new amp! Hmm, ive never had that kind of problem with an amp. But i tried this amp on my 4 12" and it is ok. First time run it in to 2 ohms and was ok and player below tuning etc and it sounded great. I even set the gain to max to see if something happens and didnt.... it sounded very clearely. Second time i run in in 0.5 and did not protect and also sounded great even below box tuning. I tried this amp on same type of subs but other enclosure in a focus and it was pretty loud and clear. Same settings used on amp and woofers did not moved suspect. Tomorrow i will finish the box and see what happens Ive built it from scraps of furniture wood at a buddy's depot of furniture to see what happens. If its good i will remake it from mdf. I will post a pic with what ive done so far
