Need help with Planet Audio AC3000.1D

I was just wondering if it would actually produce 1500 watts at 2ohms. I need to power 2 psi platform 2 18" subs at 1500 watts each. Another question, is it more efficient to use 1 amp @ 3000 watts or 2 @ 1500w?

I dont know what your budget is but crescendo, sundown, skar are some good amps for the money from what ive seen and heard.

i had 2 AC5000.1s and i blew both of them. maybe it was becasue i was a noob at the time and hooked them up to stock eletrical who knows lol. but if your looking for a cheaper amp id go with the soundstream rubicon 2500. ive heard alot of good things about them bein only 259 bucks on amazon. but thats only if your looking for a budget amp. if not just save up and go with a better built amp that you know you can trust and not worry about.

Am on a buget to I have 2 audiopipe apcl 1800 1d on 4-txx 15 am doing 150.51db no wall but a have two 60amp batteres,

and a 200amp alt volts 12.8 on a hard burp playing music 13.8 I payed $380. For the amps I will have video in two weeks.

I would just get 1 amp and run it at 1ohm. What is the impedence of your woofers. Also what do you have for electrical upgrades in your car. With 3kms you will need to have it upgraded
