newschoolsoundz Posted August 9, 2013 Report Posted August 9, 2013 im planning on running a second battery in my truck my question is should i use 1 run from my front battery to back battery another from my front battery to alt and another from rear battery to alt or will i just do one run from front battery to back and one from front battery to alt which is better
l8apx Posted August 9, 2013 Report Posted August 9, 2013 If you have a truck, you have frame rails so you should only need to run a (fused) charge line from alt to back battery and ground the rear battery.

OrzechNJ Posted September 9, 2013 Report Posted September 9, 2013 if you have HO alt I would make two pos runs from front to back (one from alt one from batt) and one neg between the batteries it wont make a big difference on stock alt.. sometimes Loud is NOT pretty Sounds like its safe to go ahead and bend that ass over.
