What do you guys think i should make it.
I have a 12" soundqubed HDC3 with a hifonics BRX1600.1d

Right now its in a prefab 2.6cu ft

rockville off ebay.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Rockville-RBS12-Single-12-2-6-cu-ft-SPL-Vented-Ported-Subwoofer-Enclosure-Box-/300882356791?pt=US_Speaker_Sub_Enclosures&hash=item460dfc6a37&vxp=mtr

And i want to keep it around maybe 3ft long and maybe 1.5 ft wide. 2 ft tall. or what do you guys think. my trunk is about 3.5ft long. I wanted to face the subs up and maybe the port or port(s) upwards aiming at the ceiling??
its a 2003 volvo v70.

i could do a whole trunk but i wanted to keep room since im a dj on the side so i need to put lights and speakers in the trunk from time to time.

And i wanted to also consider adding another 12" into the mix someday.

The box my 1 hdc3 12 is in is 2.6 cubic feet and tuned to 36 hz I would say try that first now as sub and port placement you will lose a lot of output (if in a trunk) with sub and port up if hatch back you should be ok.

Yes it would but if you do add another hdc3 12 be prepaired to lose WAYmore space. You will need about 5cubic feet or a little more after displacement for the 2 and the electrical upgraids will cost a shit ton also but worth it at the end lol.

Well either way i need to upgrade electrical. Im doing 0 gauge. and then im gonna add a second battery. but ill probably have to add another hifi1600.
But i think i could do 4ft by 2ft for the box and it would be good. one on 2.6 is banging hard. and i have the deadener for the trunk. just need to throw it on.
