Beanz
Damn for 700 dollars? For another 100 I'd get the Cresendo 3500 That's why they don't deliver. Yer ass better go sit along the side of the road and wait. You can't expect them to travel up some dirt road in a hick / back woods town. Thats how horror movies start I explain things very simply and use analogies in terms of Pickles, and grape drink, pool noodles and jackhammers...if you can't put 2 and 2 together there man, There simply is not much more I can do. ncochran
I like Hifonics as a budget company, and currently run a brz-2100 ( @ .5 ohm no less lol). However, something just doesn't seem like a good deal with this amp. You can get the brz-2400 right now for $189 (I paid $250 for the brz-2100 in January). So.. if all things were equal, that would be 600W more for an extra $510 when compared the the brz-2400. Sucks right? But wait, there's more! The brz line of amps are all CEA 2006 compliant. Which essentially means they have been tested, and have proved that they are capable of making rated power at 14.4VDC. The Olympus line is not CEA compliant, so who knows whether will make 1kw or 3kw lol.... Assuming you weren't ashamed to run Hifonics gear (I am not... right now I am making power comparable to the 2000W nendo/dc/aq amps at about 60% of the price)... If I needed 3kw, I would buy 2 brz-2400s for about $380 shipped. I would have roughly 4800W PLUS $320 more than the person buying the Atlas 3k... and that is assuming it makes rated power. 2006 Scion xB 2 Sundown SA12D2 Ported at 32hz 147 on non termlab (140-142 on TL) Currently in a walled 4th @ 50hz (not metered yet) Hifonics brz2100 Alpine Type-S Components Kicker 300.2 Big 3 / Skyhigh 1/0 cca Optima Blue Top 3 e8s ported at 32hz 135.1 sealed on dash @ 56hz 135.0 outlaw (I must have chosen song poorly lol) Build log 'Brandon15zzz', on 09 May 2012 - 3:13 PM, said: May have been clipping but none fucks were givin.
