frenziedcage
I'm getting ready to build my box I've got 2 4 x 8 slabs of mdf gonna be building my box for my 18" platform 2 psi. Would being tuned a 30hz be fine? My main concern tho before I even build this box is will my idea of what I wanna do sound good? I wanna build the box so the sub and port are front facing into the cabin and seal the trunk off would this produce more spl than a rear facing port? The only other box idea I had was a rear facing port with the sub on the top of the box, I kinda wanted to drift away from that idea cuz I saw to many trunk lids break that way; and I figured a front facing port and sub with the trunk sealed would produce more air flow into the cabin is this true? evermaxx
Sub port front & seal it off will give you best sound. And no that's not tuning that low, but I like 33-36hz Team Subsonic Lows Get your garbage EMF products of my amp bitch Man....it makes a nice work bench
