Hey guys just went to the shop and had my 4 channel amp installed. Plays for about 2 minutes then goes into thermal mode. Amp runs really hot. The shop is telling me something is wrong with my amp. My other buddies telling me it could be a grounded wire. Don't know what's really going on but it's sooo mind boggling and worst I only have bass. Info on my system: running pioneer DVD 2500 all in one/ rockford power 400.4 to 2 sets of jl audio c2 6.5 components/ rockford power t1500 sub amp/ 2- 2ohm rockford power T1s. Any help would be awesome thank you

@twisted went to the shop stood there with the installer all speakers reading 4 and over when powered by the deck. Tried another amp alpine pdx and amp and speakers ran pretty good. Think my amp crapped out it just heats up soo quick. Amp goes from power to thermal is less than 2 minutes. I got my components running off my head unit for now until I get cash to pickup another 4 channel amp
