need help getting my contacts i have on lookout for iphone to restore on my android

i just got a samsung galaxy s4 today and i was using a iphone 4 and has the lookout app installed and backed up my contacts and installed lookout on my new phone signed into my account. Then went on the lookout.com signed in clicked restore to a device so i clicked data to restore i clicked iphone then restore to android it shows the amount contacts. I click start then it does not do anything except show data to restore android has anyone else had this problem if so what do i need to to get it to work

I end up finding another way to get my contacts transferred to my new phone

Teamjeffrey how have you liked your switch to the Galaxy S4 from the Iphone4?

I was wanting to do the same mainly for the bigger screen.
