Dennis Avila Posted October 18, 2013 Report Posted October 18, 2013 I purchased SoundStream Rubicon 1600.1D from a vendor on ebay, Once I got I powered the amp and noticed no sound being produced, FML.... So once opening it, I noticed one of the mosfets "f1010E--1AR 127P QB14 which is imprinted on the mosfet---it was burnt. My Question what type of mosfet transistor should I replace with, and its obvious that I should use the same one but I am have difficulties finding one. what would be the best mosfet transistor. FYI this is first repair,
