Now for my baffle I was looking for something heavy but really dont have much in the garage so was stacking random crap on it. So this is what i ended up with

IMG_2243_zpsb91e05b7.jpg

Of course once I get this on there my son, who is 14, looks at me and says "Hey dad, you wanna put some cat littler on there too?" lol ..............Smart A@#

As for the box there is some overlap around a good amount of it. I am going to get the router out and clean it all up so its even. I use to try to just cut everything but for whatever reason it was never perfect. So glad I bought a router a couple years ago to clean all that up. More updates as they come...........

Looking Good so far!!

This is probably a dumb question, but i noticed some of the joints don't line up.

Did you leave them like that so you can use a router with a flush trim bit and even them up.

Edit: Looks you answered my question before i posted.

Looking good. I was wondering why it was all uneven lol. That was smart. I should have done that for my box

So did a little work this afternoon and was trying to get this box going but just trying to take it slow for now. Added some of the rod, still need to do two on each side from the top to bottom, need to get the top holes cut, little sanding, get the washers sealed, resin the corners and some out side area's since I will give a go at painting this beast here.

Went to use my cut off wheel and the end of my airline broke so need to pick up a new connector. At least I didn't get hit with it.

And a reason I don't like MDF right now..........

Next time I'll try to find some good birch. Only stuff I have found so far was 9 ply and would like to use 11 if I'm going that route. I'll try to get a little more done tomorrow when I get back from the DMV if I don't kill no one up there...Long story.
