Question for you sir, what spacing between cuts and how much wood you leave for kerf?

For this I just went with 3/8" spacing between cuts just to be safe but you can map out your kerf on cad/sketchup etc (or just use math, circumference of circles etc) to see exactly how many cuts you need to make by taking the difference between circumferences of the inner circle of the bend and the outter circle and deviding that by your blade wdith to see how many cuts it will be and then do the math for spacing for the width of the bend.
