Barcanescu Constantin Posted November 3, 2013 Report Posted November 3, 2013 Hello. I got a new amp ( Hifonics Colossus XX ) and near the level knob there is another knob called Impedance with a range between 47k and 0.6k. I have no idea how to set it up and i hope you can help me.
SQ SUBARU Posted November 4, 2013 Report Posted November 4, 2013 Are u sure it's 47k and 0.6k? That amp has a dial for the Variable input level: 200mV - 9V, which is simply to set the input voltage to match the headunit and rcas. There is also a low pass filter 35- 250 hz (to set the crossover point for the sub(s) Ipad mini as main source unit, w/ Kenwood KDC-U7056BT,Digital Designs CS6.5 2 way components, Alpine PDX-F4 4 channel & PDX-M6 mono, x1 Jbl P1224 12", single ported box @ 34hz, front doors + trunk sound deadened w/ dynamat xtreme, all knukonceptz wiring/fusing. *In progress - Audison bit ten d dsp, fully optical.
