SICKSPD
Just ordered half my equipment for my challenger setup. Its got a poopy boston acoustic 6 speaker + amp setup but that will eventually have to be replaced. For now though I decided to swap out the HU and add some bass. Heres what Ive got coming in the mail though: Headunit: Pioneer AVH-X4500BT - seems like a good quality headunit, 7" screen, 8 band equalizer, 4v preamp, and some other features I could care less about but Im sure ill enjoyHarness: PAC RP4-CH11Subs: (2) Sundown Audio SA-8 V2 (dvc 4 ohms) Amp: CT Sounds AT1400.1D Battery: XS Power D3400 ... hopefully this is enough juice for my system once I'm running around 1800-2000 rms with a multichannel amp added in the mixWiring: Audio Technix 1/0 awg wiring kit, going to run a distribution block once I get that second amp. Debating on the necessary inline fuse for the monoblock though because the AT1400.1 doesnt have internal fusing. Sound deadening: 40 sq ft of Audio Technix 60 mil deadner. I think this will be sufficient for the trunk plus a little bit extra for the cabin area. Going to need more for the doors and maybe mlv added later? Box: well that isnt built yet but im planning on remaining to manufacturer specs of around 1.5 cubic feet tuned to 35Hz Hows it sounding to you for a little bit of a ground pounder? 09 Challenger R/T (Audio system under construction): Pioneer AVH-X4500BT (PAC RP4CH11 harness) (2) Sundown Audio SA-8v2 (inverted) CT Sounds AT1400.1D XS Power D3400 40 sq ft. Audiotechnix deadener 1/0 Audiotechnix wiring stock Boston Acoustic 7 speaker amplified system (for now) Sealed trunk enclosure Build log: http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/178399-slammed-dodge-challenger-sundownct-sounds-build/ TEAM GOAT
