Oh thanks man!

When you guys next on (sucks being uk and diff times)

I have nothing planned for quite some time, but I'll be on around 3am - 8am your time tomorrow. That is pretty common, but for the next couple weeks I'll be bored from about 6:00pm to 8:00am your time.

Krakin, are you some sort of mad scientist?

I would have replied earlier, but I was measuring the output of my amp with a yardstick . . .

What you hear is not the air pressure variation in itself

but what has drawn your attention

in the two streams of superimposed air pressure variations at your eardrums

An acoustic event has dimensions of Time, Tone, Loudness and Space

Everyone learns to render the 3-dimensional localization of sound based on the individual shape of their ears,

thus no formula can achieve a definite effect for every listener.

I also got my G27 setup completely, took some time to get the steering in game correct to my steering.

The game feels so much more real with a wheel compared to an Xbox360 remote.

my car of choice is the f1-A

if I drive anything else it sucks because Ive learned the sounds of the gear changes and usually wreck in another vehicle when I downshift wrong

I cut my nords nurburgring time to 6:03 but still lost about 20 spots in the top 100

If any of you guys could do this track and register anytime thatd be cool, Im so alone. lol

I remember slamming on the brakes lol, I still won too!!

I've got my wheel and mic all setup now so I should be good to start learning the tracks and posting times.

I haven't had a chance to play it since release yet, but it was awesome being able to play the pre-alpha. I've been away from my PC for a few months due to life stuff.

It was fun watching the game evolve from nothing but placeholder art assets to everything completed.

Best 100 euros I spent (I forgot what the exchange rate was back then, but it was over $100USD IIRC). And every 3 months after release, I (and the other backers) get a return based on profits.

I'm updating the game now (haven't played in forever :().

Too bad I missed the window to get my real name in the game as a possible AI opponent. I forgot to put my RL name on my account on the project forums and missed the cutoff date :(.

Last night I got a 6:12 on Nordschleife with the Formula A. It was almost a valid time, but I ran off the road a little bit right before the straightaway...
