How to check RCA voltage from line driver

What tone should I play and what eq settings on the amp, also when I tried with a 40hz tone I was getting different voltages between each RCA say one said 6 the other was around 4

Saz3000 at .5
HO alt
All ofc Sky high wire
Alpine components
Rockford power mids
