I need help on a power supply and memory for my pc

I do not know much about pc. So i really need some help on getting a power supply for my 680 ftw. Right know i have a 620w Antec and everytime i try to overclock my video card by just a notch it turns off after a couple seconds. my budget for power supply is 160. I would like to get a 8g of memory but dont know what will be a good. My budget for memory 80 bucks or could be allitle more. Build Under Construction

Head Unit = Kenwood DDX514

Amps = Kicker 750.1, Going to install Sundown 1500D v3 and Sundown 125.4

Battery = XS D3400

Wires = Kicker RCA's, 0 Gauge street wire and Stinger

Mids and Highs = Stock

Sub= Kicker L7 12"

Alternator = 220 Mechman

Sound Deadner= Fatmat and Stinger Road Kill

The bigger power supply the better for future proof and 1333 speed clock. I dont know much about pc brands so i dont know which brand is good or bad. Is this a good power supply http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139011 850w

Corsair is a very good brand. What you want to look for when buying a power supply is how many and the video card require or what the minimum power supply wattage is

for this model its 550 watts http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130801 so an 850 should be fine, and allow you room to overclock. And if your motherboard supports DDR3 1600 memory I would just get that

Were can i check if my motherboard supports ddr3 1600? Sorry but i am a noob when its comes to computer hardware.

it does support ddr3 but on 1333 and 1066 so I would get the 1333, thats your mobo you posted in the first post, and just scroll down or click on specifications and then scroll down to were it says memory standard:)
