Anyone replace an item through JBL directly?

I've had a problem with one of the mid woofers on a set of MS-62c components. Bad solder joint, then not outputting as much sound as the other woofer. Sent the speakers in near the end of December. Arrived at JBL on Dec 26th. Called to make sure they received them around that time and they said yes. The main reason I sent them in was because the lady that was on the other end of the phone said they had a replacement in stock before I even sent them in. So cool, I'll be receiving a replacement fairly soon right? WRONG! Called a few days after when no emails were received letting me know a replacement has shipped. The person on the phone said there wasn't any in stock. A replacement is on back order and won't arrive until Janurary 21st or 22nd. Just called this morning since it's the 22nd to see if any replacements arrived on their end. NOPE! Guy on the other end said they've been pushed back to Feburary 26th. No answer as to why it's been delayed. At this rate, once Feb 26th arrives, they'll just say it's been delayed once again to the end of March, and repeat every month.

This is the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. /endrant

ill say it like i always say it. F##K the DD-1. I don't care if you or anyone buys one. (well i do, but that isn't my point) Get an O-scope in the very minimum and learn how to use it or you are just guessing your settings like every other noob. :) once you master the O-scope then step up to a DD-1 or even better a DD-1 Plus.
