JesseyMclame Posted February 5, 2014 Report Share Posted February 5, 2014 Okay, so I have a M1 lvl 5 18 D2 with my dc 2k pushin it, and I've got it in about 7 cubes, about 14 sq in of port per foot, tuned to 35. It gets down, for sure. But I have always wanted to try a 4th order. I have a 4door tahoe, so I know I have the space for it, cause I'm sure the box is gonna be huge. But anyways, I'm really curious if anyone has done a single 18 4th, how it worked out, hints on building one, or flat out if a lvl 5 would do well in a 4th. Advantages, disadvantages and such. And please, if you're gonna comment and say that I shouldn't build a 4th if I'm not experienced, etc, I'd rather you not lol. Best way for me to learn stuff is to do it. Current setup in my 96 Hoe Hu - Pioneer DEH-80prs. Amps - (4) Crossfire C5 1700D's, MTX Thunder 5604(mids), PPI Art 300.2 (tweets) Batts - 4 91ah rear batts, 50ah batt up front.
