2low4uneon Posted February 9, 2014 Report Share Posted February 9, 2014 I have a Crossfire 1000D amp and when certain songs are loud the amp will cut out and come back on at lower volume clippin I beleive so I am gonna add a little more power and these are the amps I was looking at Crossfire C3 704 and CROSSFIRE C3-102 AMP... 2low4uneon Posted February 9, 2014 Author Report Share Posted February 9, 2014 (edited) my grounds are good could it be my subs drawing too much power and causing my amp to go into protection mode also I think when it happened the green power light went to red?? It happened once in awhile in my last car I had for 10 yrs and had two yellow tops and a volt gauge and everything was great? Im good at the installation part but not good with the tuning part Im a noob when it comes to that so had a shop do it... It only happens when its really loud and a song has crazy bass and when I turn the volume from 25 to about 18 its fine...
