EP95 Posted March 29, 2014 Report Posted March 29, 2014 Just have 2 runs of power wire to your battery(s) and grounds in the same place, preferably on the frame or back to the battery. Basically just double up on everything. Also you posted this in the wrong section.
Shawn Stinson Posted March 29, 2014 Author Report Posted March 29, 2014 this is my first time using forums. what all would i need to set this system up right
Shawn Stinson Posted March 29, 2014 Author Report Posted March 29, 2014 this is my first big set up like this. ive never run a system like this and i dont know what all i would need as far as setting it up right
Shawn Stinson Posted March 29, 2014 Author Report Posted March 29, 2014 should i run a 2nd battery and alternator for this big of a set up of would a really good cap do it for me
EP95 Posted March 29, 2014 Report Posted March 29, 2014 2 or more batteries would be best, along with a high output alternator. Capacitors are useless and just cause problems, most people seem to have them for looks.
Shawn Stinson Posted March 29, 2014 Author Report Posted March 29, 2014 thanks for your help and time. youve been very helpful
EP95 Posted March 29, 2014 Report Posted March 29, 2014 Your welcome man, hope everything sound good once its hooked up.
