upgrading Prius to XS Power

Hello,

A friend of mine has Toyota Prius and he bought 2 DC Level 4's, he's probably change his 2 Hifonics 1600's to a bigger amp/s.

Is it possible to change the rear battery to xs power battery, like the D3100? I know there are 2 or 3 different batteries in the prius, would it be needed to use relay ?
