MaliBOOM Posted August 20, 2014 Author Report Share Posted August 20, 2014 Nick Larosa(Just dip it FL) made the 2 hour trip over to central FL to The Dip Army coat his Lancer EVO and it came out AMAZING. It wasn't our first times using HALO EFX but it was our first time spraying a whole vehicle with it. Our results were amazing! It stays so wet for so long that this really solved our issues of spraying in the heat of Florida. We used 2 gallons of Covert Black as the base(I am in love with the deepness of this color) and 2 gallons of Halo Real clear mixed with 2 bags of Ron Burgandy+2 bags of Sakhir red from Kandypearls. The results are amazing. This stuff lays out amazing and also makes wet peeling extremely easy! On another side note, Nick is now joining up with The Dip Army and spraying out of the Treasure Coast area of florida to make up (The Dip Army TC). We are going to continue to provide the same excellent quality under 1 name and 2 locations! Check out some of the pics! The stock color is silver graphite Basecoat of Halo EFX Covert Black And basecoat finished.... 1st coat of pearls 3rd coat of pearls I believe 4th coat Finished shot of the pearls. Was still wet in this pic in some spots. It's amazing how much time you have to peel the tape using halo Outside shot at a gas station after it was sprayed. The color changes so much in different lighting its crazy.
