Blake Farrar Posted April 24, 2014 Report Posted April 24, 2014 I have a CT sounds 125.4 on 2 cresendo pwx 8s on channel 3 and 4 and a cresendo 6.5 component set on channel 1 and a sundown sa component set on channel 2. The problem im having is my mids and highs will have randon static and the volume will go low. This problem happens when ever it wants sometimes all the speakers will just turn off, the amp will still be green. But sometimes it goes straight to pertect ive checked/redid all wires and connections do you guys think the amp could be bad??
Ryan Christensen Posted April 24, 2014 Report Posted April 24, 2014 What is the ohm reading at the amps for the speakers. Is this thing getting hot? I have a 75.4 and it used to do this and get really hot. I upgraded grounds and did the big 3 and it doesnt do this anymore. Its a nice little amp if you can keep it cool.

Ryan Christensen Posted April 24, 2014 Report Posted April 24, 2014 Do you have it hidden. Where is the ground oat? I also changed my RCAS to an expensive jl audio set. That helped too
