bmxkid92 Posted April 28, 2014 Author Report Share Posted April 28, 2014 You can probably gain 3dB right now by moving that box towards the back so that the woofers are only a few inches away from the back wall. Put a 2X4 or something on the floor there so they won't slide back and rub. I know but I aint too worried about gaining Db (until I get my box built). just looking for the best output for my subs and amp combo. I have a 2 year old so I tend to haul alot in my trunk so thats the only reason I haven't repositioned the box. Eventually what I want to do is completely close the trunk off and remove the backseat. But Only when I am able to get another car or truck. Plus I don't want my bass overpowering my speakers right now.
