soundstream15 Posted April 26, 2014 Report Posted April 26, 2014 i have 2 memphis 4x6s up front, had them for only a few months, got them used from a friend. recently the driver side started making a rattle static sound and its freaking annoying lol so i assume its blown. but would they blow bc im using a factory amp?

These lanzars aren't bad and deff handle the power. I push 100wattrms to them in my dash. Might not be the greatest, but not to bad either. I've got a boss ard4000 running them at "4000" watts. I know boss isn't really a good brand but what amp would you guys suggest for my setup? The CVXs are 4 ohm 2000 watt peak 1000 RMS. They hit hard but I feel like they could hit harder. I've got a kenwood ddx419 headunit as well. I appreciate any advice and thanks guys

soundstream15 Posted April 26, 2014 Author Report Posted April 26, 2014 Those speakers are cheap but if you had good results I'm sure I will. The Memphis ones I got are the lower end and I'm gonna say 50rms each. Could be wrong
