You won't get any more low end extension out of that box. Even if it's sealed, it's too small. Your best bet is to have a custom ported enclosure built and if you don't want to sacrifice any more space then I would lose one of the subs so the other one can have enough space to get low.

In the end, there is nothing you can do with the amp to make the subs play lower. They are restricted by the box they're in.

Can you explain what you mean by "even if it's sealed." A sealed box can be smaller than a ported box? Sadly I won't be able to do a bigger box, not in the forseeable future at least. Is there a way to figure out how low it can be tuned for? Could it be modified to run just 1 at an ideal tune?

Sealed enclosures are generally smaller than ported enclosures for the same sub. Of course, enclosure design isn't binary so there is no way one can say a sealed box has to be X cubic feet and a ported has to be Y. However, it doesn't matter if the box is sealed or ported, in order to produce low notes you need a large box. And of course, smaller subs need less space than larger ones and single subs need less space than multiple subs. And to give you an example of where your box falls.... I'm currently building a box shaped exactly like the one in your car but I'm building it for one 10" sub. That box is larger than the one you have two 12s in. Not by a lot, mind you, but it is larger none the less.

You do have an option though and that's (as you asked) removing one sub and venting the box you have. That'll allow you to tune the box ~33Hz and get some low end extension from it.

And sorry but I didn't see that your infrasonic filter is turned up. Turn it all the way down as it's not needed in a sealed enclosure. That may get you a little bit of low end extension.
